I can't type letter "a" (low case only) when use "chcp 1251" (for russian)
OS: Windows XP Professional XP 2
Version: 2.9.9.1 (for win32)
Command shell (CMD or Microsoft Power Shell)/

Settings in the ysm_cfg:
CHARSET_TRANS>1251
CHARSET_LOCAL>CP1251
-----------------------
OFF... And anywhere after close ysm I can't close window of console (and find it at the process's list).
