#61 Keyboard shortcut for "wind change" spell
It'd be neat if you could cast the "wind change" spell
by pressing Ctrl and an arrow key. E.g. Ctrl-Arrow_Up
would be a shortcut for C(ast), W(ind), Arrow_Up.
If there's no active party member, xu4 asks which PC
wants to cast the spell.
If there is an active PC, xu4 does everything
automatically.
