Invalid error messages when performing a refresh from the Package Deployer tool.

Scenario attached in a word document.

Use the following xar to re-create the test.

Found in build 5.0 Build #942

Below is one example of the error returned:
C:/TestCases/XMLMapper/a012_XMLMapping_MultRecords_ip_xml.xbc is referenced by C:/TestCases/XMLMapper/a012_XMLMapping_MultRecords_ip_xml.xbd and is not in the current package.

This seems to happen whey you use absolute paths to components. This should be a fairly rare use case.
