When in build_file_list and the MEDIAPOOL_PATH is not accessible, the function just returns false. This should throw an exception so clue the user into the error.

I'm such a hack and I constantly add print >>sys.stderr statements which are ugly in apache logs and useless to anyone but me. I must stop my selfish ways and think about others.

When making changes to the Song model for agnostic MEDIAPOOL_PATH, I created duplicates. After changing the MEDIAPOOL_PATH on a partially synced pool, it's possible to get dupes. Would be nice to track those down like for findorphans.

Add pyzmq to handle queuing the liquidsoap interaction.

Right now liquidsoap interaction is horribly suited to only one user at a time. Meaning it can't handle multiple commands coming in at the same time. A preceding user will get booted when the next user tries to push a command.
