<p>Some key issues;</p>
<p>- Needs to default to English</p>
<p>- Possible to switch error messages using config<br />
variable and / or constant</p>
<p>- If an individual error message is not found in<br />
translated version, default to English: it's likely as<br />
we add new error messages that the translation(s) will<br />
