- Install Manager (write install datetime)
/Install/Default.aspx
- show the user an install button that will create the db scripts, and then execute the script, store the install datetime, the user who did the install.
- once the user has done this, disable use of the install button and direct user with a link to System/Code Management - Patch Manager so they can upload their changes to the system through here.
