well first of all I'm very glad to hear that someone out there is happy with vEMan ;o) That's my motivation to continue developing of course.
The "Settings" button will be available in v1.0 ..
The datastore features are not planned yet but I will take them on the roadmap - I believe that will be not available in 1.0 but maybe 1.1..
The next steps are going from beta to RC state for 1.0 but for that at least a "basic" VM editor is planned. But I'm not sure when it will be available.. and I'm working in parallel on a pure python version (v2.0) without the need of VMWare SDK and yad etc ... so stay tuned ;o)
