#45 Maximum Turbo speed or Throttle on the fly
Other emulators (GBG, Gambatte...) have an option for a specific turbo speed, like x1.5 or 2x or 3x.
It would be real nice if Turbo was a separate than Speed Throttle, so you could use Speed Throttle @125% instead of simply maxing emulation speeds on the fly.
Those two options are broken anyway in latest 1229 build, especially with Vysnc on/off.

Yes that would be the best new Feature to have!!!! Like set max turbo to xxx %.
