Hello, sorry for my english, please :)
When I run upx (3.02) with `--fileinfo' option for file, which is compressed with old upx 0.71, upx say that file isn't compressed with upx. But when I try to compress it with upx (3.02), upx say that it is already compressed.
The file is really compressed, so fix `--fileinfo' please.
p.s. why upx < 1.00 is not opensource?! It is good idea to open it for historical, learning, bugfix (as that) and other reason.
I hope you understand my "russian-english".
