Error on empty index

UltimateLauncher prints an error "List index out of bounds (0)" at start when it gets started with an empty index. This index can be created with
`echo -n > index.txt` or if no matching files could be found in the specified folders.

Local data should be installed in %APPDATA%\UltimateLauncher

Good practice is to have the user specific data installed in their %APPDATA% folder instead of the folder of the application. When this program should be used as PortableApp then it is a good idea to make the path changeable via a program argument.

Should create local data files automatically

UltimateLauncher prints a warning each time it cannot open a file with local data/settings. This is the case for Settings.txt, index.txt and paths.txt.
These files shouldn't be part of the svn repository as these they maybe have sensitive data inside, but auto-generated on demand.
