SYMPTOM:

uEngine hangs after a process instance initiation

REASON:

A two-phase commit problem with JMS

RESOLUTION:

remove 'was/server/deploy/uengine.jar' and replace
with the patch file 'uengine.jar'

NOTE: this will temporarily disable transaction
settings for JMS. we will resolve this propery asap.
