All the directories are hard-coded in the batch-files.
It is assumed that everyone is installing TickleTV in
C:\Program Files\TickleTV, which is ofcourse not always
the case.

Make the batch-files more flexibel.

Version 1.5.1 will be not have any directories hard-coded in
the batch-files and/or the Tcl-code.
