Example: Infrastructure Management, Customer <br /> Support, Desktop Support, etc.</p> <p>With this, ability to assign tickets to a group <br /> instead of a single user and ability to send a notify <br /> to all users of that group upon initial assignment.</p> <p>Also, ability for a user to see active tickets <br /> assigned to just them.</p> <p>Please forgive me if this is already in the latest <br /> version. I am running version 0.7 and will be <br /> upgrading to the latest version (if there is one) in a <br /> few days.</p></div>
