TCP2COM is a Windows 32 application that is able to work as a NT service. &lt;br /&gt;
It provides a way to communicate with a serial port through a TCP port.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Information is saved in the registry, and access can be protected with a clear-text password.&lt;/p&gt;
