#7 Changes specific to Macintosh OS X
Here is a minor change to make taglog a bit more OS X-friendly.
It includes:
- replacing Ctrl-key bindings with Apple-key bindings;
- adding Preferences and About menu items to the Apple menu;
- fixes for Time Bookings report to also use color instead of Bold/Italic fonts.
