Translation improvement

1) Add the missing languages

2) The string "Artist/Album/Title" in the local tree viewer is not translated.

3) The strings "Yes" and "No" when "apply" is pressed and the confirm dialog box is popped up are not translated.

4) Translate the README in other languages.

5) Translate credits and GPL

6) Complete "About version" (and enable "JSymphonic -version" command to print the version !?)

7) Set netbeans so that special characters are well displayed (problems with sv and tr translations)
