if you need a proxy to connect to the web the validation of xml files while parsing fails -> no information from xml files which leads to NPE

project should be refreshed

when .strunts file is created workspace/project does
not recognize it - only after refreshing

should be done automatically

installed Eclipse 3.2RC6 and Calisto RC4 got the
