Plugins installed: No addtional plugins
PHP version: 5.3
WebServer: IIS Verson 8.0
HMail Server Version: 5.4.2-B1964
OS Version: Windows 2012 R2
How Software was installed: SquirellMail was downlaod in tar format, extracted and manually place in IIS.
Browsers Tried: Firefox 49.0.2 and Chrome 59.0.3071.115

Symptoms:
When placing a Base64 encoded image inline in the HTML message not shows up (See Attachement). If I click on "Download this as a file" The image displays as expected (See Attachement).

Note: The same email displays correctly in Thunderbird.

Steps to duplicate:

Download the text file attachement which has the base64 encoded image. Place the contents in a browser and it should display correcly. (This is just an optional test)
Take the contents of the text file and place it in an HTML email
Exmaple:
Result: No image will appear.
