The YADE startscripts (jade.cmd, jade4dmz.cmd) on Windows work only if you start them from the .\bin directory of the YADE client installation. Otherwise you get the error
Classpath directory "C:\Program Files\sos-berlin.com\jade\lib" does not exist.
It will be fixed for release 1.10.5. Please look also at YADE-413
