Gypsy farming/dancing

There is a possible abuse with gypsies wishes, here is how it works:

Find an early cursed scroll of genocide (either one lying around or
wish for one).
Reverse genocide gypsies, the summoned gypsies will be peacfull.
Build up sufficient credit with each gypsy.
Play ninety-nine with low bet until you manage to remove all the
harmfull cards (but not the Infinity).
Read your fortune until you get a wish.

Use one of the obtained wishes to wish for more scrolls of genocide
and proceed further...

This could allow you to have 120 wishes (until gypsies are exctinct), a
few of them being used for cursed scrolls of genocide, that still leaves
you with around 100 useful wish, more than enough to ascend.

O have a level 1 tourist who has already done 10 wishes and is going
for more...

A way to prevent that abuse would be to say that reverse genocided
gypsies have already given their wish.
