Fix keyboard key actions in grids

We need to make the keyboard cursor / tab / enter etc keys work for data entry like they do in spreadsheets.

With the default column width, if a cell's value is not completely visible, the most significant digit(s) are not shown making values glanced at seem smaller than they are e.g. 110.0000 appears as 10.0000

R1 cell blank causes column to be unelectable

If the cell R1 in an otherwise used column is totally blank, the column is not shown in column selection pick box in test frames.
