this will be especially useful for connection attempts without stored/configured profiles.

more options and info while connecting ...

while connecting, please provide a way for canceling the connection attempt.
Also, displaying the address and port number would seem to be useful and informative, maybe even the user name?

manage stored host keys

there does not seem to be a way to manage stored host keys, it would be useful if there was an option to at least view/list and remove stored keys

support for IP validation

it seems, the IP that is entered, is not being validated properly, because I managed to enter an invalid IP (missing dot, and number > 255).
Could be useful to provide some support for validation.

Landscape display mode

Please add landscape mode, since it would be very useful for executing remote apps that need a minimum width to be used. I've encountered a few. I find it a very important lack, and hopefully an easy one to remedy,

Yet another port forwarding request

I've been using putty on my phone for quite some time and it's really great, only recently I came to find that the port forwarding would be very useful for me to access my desktop when I'm not at home (i.e., not connected to the local network).
I praise the work of the developers, but it seems that there have been requests for this feature for too long that are yet to be attended. Also, such a feature would put putty ahead of any other symbian ssh client.
So please work on it!

midpssh like macros

midpssh provides support for macros, this is very useful when working with shell programs, especially on a mobile

authentication agent forwarding

It would be great to have authentication agent forwarding support (like the "-A" option in unix ssh) so user can ssh through multiple machines using his private key @ mobile.

support for execution of batch commands via ssh

frequently, I need to run just specific commands on certain servers, for example in order to start background jobs, for this I usually connect to the corresponding servers and just issue commands via ssh directly, without opening a shell. Such a facility would be very useful for s2putty, too - simply because it would allow users to remotely control servers non-interactively simply by running "batch jobs"

CTRL + send (non-standard) characters

sending non-standard characters via the send facility is useful, but not yet implemented in a way to allow sending combinations of characters/keys, such as "ctrl" + "PG UP" or any other combination where special purpose keys have to be pressed at the same time. This is unfortunate in that it restricts how the session can be used. It would be better to have a mode that asks for simultaneous key presses, so that these are then sent to the server accordingly. Alternatively, there could be a way to allow users to record their own key command sequences.
