#13 Config Dialog chooser dropdown combo box doesn't setup right
1. create new release
2. Specify as disk location in builder
3. Click "Load Config Template"
4. Note that "Release" is correctly selected in the text.
5. Click the combo-box drop down.
Note that Release with DB is selected, not Release! What is up with with that?
