XML input files not saved from OpenOffice on Linux

Due a problem in the csv2xml converter that we use sometimes on Linux only the XML files are not all converted when the user click on the "export" button on the input file, so always check that their timestamps correspond with the moment you exported your data.

This issue is not present in Windows.

Different starting situation on windows-linux

When subRegionMode is on, the initial situation is different: on Linux there isn't any farm with 95 hectars, while there is one in Windows.

A mould farm with 95 hectars exist, and could be that is not selected in Linux for a different way of approximate the sample for making the subRegion.

While not necessary a bug, this issue should be investigated.

On Windows, on some obscure circumstances RegMAS crash when right-clicking on the map to obtain pixel infos

Installed links are not unistalled

In Windows, links on the start menu tree (e.g. Start->Programs->RegMAS->1.0.0) installed with the Installation wizard are not removed when the corresponding uninstaller is run.
Workaround: right click and manually select "delete".
