The applet fails to load the resources from the JAR.
Works fine under Mozilla.

Verify multimedia recording/playback

It appears that multi-media playback and recording is
buggy:
* Check that it works,
* Add zip based storage,
* Add save current state.

Font sizes too big

Under OSX and Linux the font size of the buttons (and
other labels and such) are too big to fit on.

Arrays don't compile

When compiling there's a null pointer exception see
test3.c and test4.c.

Process Scheduler wrong

The close button on the process scheduler is hidden.
When resizing the window a large white square appears
above it.

File open dialogue wrong

When you pick the new program button the file names
listed on the right is too small. Resizing the window
fixes this problem at the moment.

Stackoverflow

After running the new C based sem.pcd and sem2.pcd
there is a stack overflow error displayed.

Remove use of Vector and Hashtable

Because the OS is single threaded the use of
synchronized classes is overkill. Will replace it
withh ArrayList and HashMap.

Step missing

At the moment the program manager has a "stop" button
instead of a "step". This was because of the recent
changes to the threading. This is add to track this fix.
