The phrasing of the license used for Radmind, as identified HERE, could be interpreted as not open source, or non-free. Specifically, the phrasing "Permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software and its documentation for any purpose and without fee is hereby granted" is easily interpreted as saying that one is not allowed to charge any fee for using, copying, modifying, or distributing the software, making it a form of non-commercial license.
Given the similarity of the license to the ISC License, the MIT/X11 License, and especially the XSel License, it might be worthwhile to consider changing the license to one of those options.
