Allow change of application

PB does not seem to allow editing the application
associated with an issue after it has been submitted. It
would be nice to allow changes to this field, if only by
the administrator group, in case someone accidentally
submits an issue to the wrong application.

Customer and user name visibility

I don't like that a 'customer' can see the user name
list. Would be great to have a list to diable this.

This is a really useful too for managing
communications. Take a look at http://www.phpbb.com/
you might be able to easily integrate that in.

Issue Annotation

It would be really helpful to have the ability to add
notes to an issue. Not just a free-text area, a table
that captures entry date, entry type (phone call,
email, note, developer note etc...), description, time
spent.

That way you can visually see via a grid the issue
details/history.

Deleting Items

Security controlled, but users should have the ability
to delete versions, projects, issues, notes etc...

Clean-up Menu

The menu on the left could be visually more attractive
and easier to locate items. I'm no GUI person, but
it's a little difficult to quickly identify items.
Maybe add a small 16x16 png next to the items and
indent sub-items

LOVE the product though. I stopped using dotProject
because it lacked versioning. ProjectBench is a little
behind on features, but what's there is solid and nice.

Add "My Issues" To Menu

It's cnvenient to have a shortcut to be able to view a
list of issues assigned to me without having to go to
"View Issues" and having to modify the sort. It should
bring me to the same window, but regardless of saved
searches, show me all issues assigned to me.

I would also be helpful to have that information (not
just the criticals) on my home page. Maybe add a toggle
above that pane "Show All"

Also, I just noticed that that pane reads incorrectly
if you change the Severities Descriptions /code. A way
to allow the users to change the label an description
without afecting behavirous might be to add a severity
level to that table. Then the home page could have a
sticky filter to show only issues with the severity
level XX or higher.

Issue Assignment

It is sometimes necessary to create new issues without
assing them. Once all issues have been entered, we then
look at resource allocations and then decide who to
assign to what.

It would be nice to not have to create a dummy user
called "Unassigned" to be able to do this.
