#96 Ability to toggle vertical mouse movement with key bind
I, as well as many other community members, would greatly appreciate the ability to toggle vertical mouse movement with a key bind whilst in game. So for example I would like to bind to "e" key, and when I press it my vertical mouse movement will turn off completely (ie setting the vertical sensitivity to 0). Upon hitting the key again it will move the vertical sensitivity back to its old position.
