Borders on the scaled screens

in using 1.1a I noticed that while using using the
scaled screen that the characters on the edge are
sometimes hard to read on my m505. This is especialy
noticable when I use cyan on black and red on black.
There is border on the edge of the displayed screen.
adding a border would increase readablity.

is is apearant on:
scaled 7x11, scaled and bold 7x11 - top, left and right
there is one unused pixcel on the bottom.
scaled 7x24, scaled and bold 7x24 - same but there are
2 unused pixcels (much better than 1 for readability.
