CMlStaticStructureLearnHC class.  After the Learn&lt;br /&gt;
function is called on an initialized class, the&lt;br /&gt;
resulting BN pointer is null.  An example program is&lt;br /&gt;
attached to illustrate this.  This program starts with&lt;br /&gt;
the inf_learn_bnet.cpp example file but, instead of&lt;br /&gt;
