There appears to be a problem with the
CMlStaticStructureLearnHC class. After the Learn
function is called on an initialized class, the
resulting BN pointer is null. An example program is
attached to illustrate this. This program starts with
the inf_learn_bnet.cpp example file but, instead of
parameter learning, structure learning is performed.
