cmd() returns text of command

When doing conn.cmd( "foo" ), the text of the command is returned along with the results. Need to strip it out (maybe just throw away the first line of the output?)

When using telnetlib.expect, we need to manually strip out the prompt we match against from the output. Otherwise, the prompt is included in the text we return to the user.
