Trouble with Testing Installation

Under testing the installation. the process window shows:

I checked and libmjp.so exists at $MJP_HOME/lib and is
findable by LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Times Thread Summary Window reports incorrect CPU informatio

On the Times Mode Thread Summary Window the CPU
and % of Total CPU fields always report the same values
as the Wall and % of Total Wall fields.

Samples mode not handling recursion correctly

Samples mode does not appear to be handling recursion
correctly. To reproduce,

1) Create a data file with the runJVMSamplesTest
makefile target in the cpp directory of the source tree.
2) Open the file with MJP
3) Click on the Methods tree node.
4) Note that Test.f has more samples than the total
number of samples.

Data Browser Cannot be Opened

The data browser cannot be reopened after it has been
closed. As a workaround it can be reopened by opening
a new file via File -> Open.

RunDialog FileChooser has incorrect filter

To reproduce:

1) Start MJP
2) Choose File -> Open
3) Click on Cancel
4) Choose File -> Run
4) Click on either of the "..." buttons

The result is that a FileChooser is displayed with a file
type filter of "Profile Data Files". It should be "All files".

RunDialog sizing problem

Say here is an odd thing I noticed in 0.07 that is still in
0.08.

1. Go to File and select Run.
2. Launch a program that has a very long command line
argument. Like EC's Batch process.
3. Select run.
4. When the progams finished select File --> Rnu again.
5. The command line box displays the entire command
line argument stratching the drop box and window off
the screen.

Remove button causes ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

1. start mjp
2. Select the on File -> Run menu item.
3. Click on the Environment button.
4. Remove all properties and press "remove" again

The result is a pop-up message displaying a uncaught
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

small build bugs on Linux

Hi. I pulled the cvs HEAD and tried to build it and
found a couple of problems. One's a Makefile problem
with case sensitvity (probably works fine on Windows)
and the other's a problem with data type sizes.
