Hostname too short

When trying to add a non gmail jabber server I find that the server name is two characters longer than I am able to add to the hostname field :(

This is running on an n95 if that makes a difference.

hi,

I converted the v0.2.2 .jar and .jad files into a .cod file, to install this app on my blackberry pearl.

Even after setting the volume to highest level (10), the message alert remains extremely low. I can barely hear it, even after pressing the phone against my ear.

Google authorization error

Hello,
My cellphone is a LG-MG320 and the problem is i cant connect in the "normal" way. That happens like follows:

obs: SSL is unchecked.

After configuring i have that on my network log:

10:34:38 Google authorization error
10:34:38 Starting google authorization
10:34:38 Authenticating
10:34:36 Opening first stream
10:34:16 Init connection to socket://talk.google.com:5222
10:34:07 Connecting to www.google.com
10:34:06 Connecting

Logon goes ok using the "Use alternative server for Google authorization" checked but i cant receive messages and cant load my contact list.

Can you help me?

google auth error

My phone is Moto E680i, whose default language is zh-
cn.
It always shows "google auth error".
I've read a post about a Russian who met the same
problem though I don't know any Russian.
Perhaps it doesn't work in non-English phones...

My English is limited...

I checked the compatibility of MGTalk in Nokia 6600.
The installation was not a problem, and everything else
went on smoothly. I also created an account, but when I
connected to google it gave me the Symbian OS error
-33. What could be the probable reason behind this? Any
patch for this?

Messing up sockets

I have noticed that MGTalk sometimes manages to mess up
the socket or something, when closed. So that a second
attempt gives a log saying that it could not open the
socket, in some cases it even blocks all other internet
features of the phone, only fixed by turning it off and
back on again.

As I say in my comment to bug #1506541 I cannot
connect, might it be that the socket is not closed
again properly when it reaches an exception? Just a
wild guess.

авторизация.... ответ от сервера - ошибка авторизации:

И так по кругу до бесконечности. Отключил
авторекконнект и вот "лог".

chat window not displaying text

On my Sony Eicsson K750i the sent and recieved text is
no displayed correctly. only an empty rectangle appears.
When I go back to the roster and then back again to the
chat window, the text finally appears in the rectangles.
I tried with different themes because I thought my
phone theme could be the problem but it always happens.
