Anyone has tried the latest moodle? Is this project still maintained?

Anyways here is my error if anyone can help that would be great.. I actually spent quite some time setting this all up! Whew!! from everything mysql,php, etc etc.. so it would be great if I can change something to get it working.. This project looks good that's why I'd like to give it a shot.. Any help would be greatly appreciated... so nways this is what shows up.. (using latest moodle as of jan2011)
