auto-reconnect / auto-rejoin

In case the connection to the server/channel is lost (for whatever reason...) i would like to be able to recover the connection automatically.
Please add optional auto-reconnect and auto-rejoin functions to lostirc.

Reorderable tabs

GTK+ 2.10 allows tab reordering by dragging and/or keyboard. This patch allows tab reordering by dragging if 2.10 is available at compile time, but doesn't add the corresponding dependency on GTKMM 2.10 (it still works with 2.4).

Highlight URLs, make them clickable

The attached patch does three things:

* URLs are highlighted (italicised)
* Pointer shape is changed when the pointer is over a URL
* Allows URLs to be launched by double-clicking

The method of URL launch is currently hard-wired to run "x-www-browser" with one argument, the URL. This should really be configurable - but, at least on Debian installations, x-www-browser is a good default.

(Patch is against 0.4.6.)

Confirmation request when leaving or disconnecting

I've sometimes hit ^W, meaning to close a browser tab, and found myself leaving a channel or sometimes even disconnecting instead. The attached patch presents a confirmation-request dialogue box whenever closing a tab would result in either of those occurring.

it would be a good idea, if the user could send
messages that start with a slash. This could be
established by using ctrl+enter or something similar
instead of just using enter, which would evaluate the
input as a command.

hop command
