Keypress doesn't work with USB keyboards

USB keyboards do not work with keypress. Keypress
checks only for the interrupts of the ps/2 keyboard. It
should be fixed to use any keyboard.

Comments should be written in UTF-8

Currently the comment file encoding is whatever
encoding the user's machine uses at the moment.
Providing data files is impossible if the encoding is
not fixed to something specific and printing the report
sheats will fail if the characters used are not utf-8.

Hence, all IO should be changed so that the used
encoding is UTF-8.

Keypress misses a minute.

Sometimes keypress will miss a minute,
because it always sleeps 60 seconds. If this happens
at midnight on weekend, it will cause the UI to show
incorrect times for that day.

Keypress should probably try to always make its update at
:30 seconds by adjusting it's sleep time accordingly,
if it
the update time differs from :30 seconds.

(meaning it should update at 00:00:30, 00:01:30, etc.)
