all (joc,controller and agents) are up to date (2.6.5). Everything is working fine :) But my dashboard says this that something is in Progress. When i click on it, it shows no Orders. How can i check what is going on, please see Screenshots.
Can you please try to identify the order when you click the "All Orders" filter in the Order Overview. Maybe this helps to see, why the order is so special.
