After successfully compiling Infinity 0.5.8 the old
version of infinity was still
displayed in xmms.

I fixed this by renaming the (new) file "libinfinity"
to "libinfinity.so" in directory
"/usr/lib/xmms/Visualization".

xmms version 1.2.10
SuSE Linux 9.1
gcc 3.3.3
GNU Make 3.80

Just a minor issue, but I hope this comment is helpful
anyway.
