spacer styles

I would like to see style attributes added to the spacers
between the "corner" and "banner," and between the
"sidebar" and the "body." This allows using a stylesheet
to override the color/style of the spacer cells.

Although they are drawn by the corner and sidebar
functions,
I believe making the styles match the banner and body fits
the current defaults more logically.
