In Hammurapi 3.9.3 the copyright inspector does not
work correctly .
One of the file
has a copyright of the form
Copyright (C) 2004-2005 GE Insurance Solutions
but is still reported
The inspector ER-100 has the appropriate configuration
i.e Copyright (C) 200?-200? GE Insurance Solutions
