I have contacted Vista Print at various moment and they seem to have zero Free Software awareness. To them, those Adobe templates are all that anyone could ever need. They however seem open to the idea of someone providing them with ready-to-use templates for other software or to receive ready-to-print artwork produced by non-Adobe software, provided that the data is an exact match fot their standard template size. The onus is thus on the Free Software community to meet the challenge. :)
