This patch will mark messages as read and move/delete messages. I tested on my account with up to two pages of messages.

There's a GUID in the post data for the calls to mark messages as read and move messages to folders. I don't know if that GUID should be different in any circumstances. it didn't seem to matter for my testing.

v1.48 No Folders Detected

Been using Mode=200902 just fine but started getting "No Folders Detected" errors early today. Had to make some changes to GetFolders()

Update to mail.live.com API and HTML structures

Attached is a patch to GetLive v0.56 that corrects my issues with downloading email, marking it as read, and moving it to a different folder. Somebody may want to refactor the delete method since it's essentially the same as the move to folder method except the trash folder is determined by a JavaScript variable.

I have only tested this with my account, so it may not work for everybody.

Hi,

I'm the current maintainer of getlive in Debian. The package includes some useful patches written by Tyler Trafford. It would be great if you applied them so we don't diverge from your code.

These are the patches:

- configfile.diff: make the --config-file parameter optional, and provide a default for it.
- downloaded.diff: provide a default for DownloadedIdsFile.
- usage.diff: fix the usage text

Also included, a manpage based on "Manual", also prepared by Tyler.

Multiple errors when using a msn.com account

When running GetLive to fetch mails from an xxx@msn.com account upgraded from classic Hotmail to Live, GetLive doesn't recognize the Hotmail's structure.

Problem : in this case Hotmail uses a <meta http-equiv="REFRESH"> tag to redirect.

GetLive died with message: 'Hotmail's login structure has changed! (redirloc). at ./GetLive.pl line 537.

Other problem : Hotmail always redirects pages when fetching a message with msn.com account.
