#3 Rearrange certain message fields
Currently most of the data that is delivered via notify_message is stored directly on the message. But some of it is "untrustworthy". Best to break out that data into a new table called "message_update" or something. This would include the user who notified us about an update, the hash they sent, the edited field they sent, and maybe some others. Might be possible to extend the "message_notifier" table to fit this purpose.
