I have a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, and my computer has a web button on it that starts the default web browser, when I use Emerge that button is disabled, also with other hotkey applications like hotkeyz it's set to browserhome, when I try that in the emerge hotkey applet it won't work. I've tried every shortcut listed and it won't work. I have to use hotekeyz for my internet button, which kinda sucks because it uses a lot more resources than the emergedesktop one.

Do you mean you have you tried to set the key BrowserHome to launch your browser in emergeHotkeys and nothing happened?
