VC7 & IDA Pro 4.6

When running under IDA Pro 4.6 and trying to decompile
a VC7 application I get errors trying to find headers (
attempted to feed it windows.h ) I also don't seem to
get any output.

1. What should I be expecting to see?
2. Does this decompiler work without headers?
3. Does the source code posted here work for 4.6?

Hi,

I just download desquirr plugin for IDA pro and after
installing it (no compilation) as said in the web site, I
start IDA, load a binary and I see the following
message:
desquirr.plw:uncomatible plugin version:skipped
I run version 4.2.0.638 of IDA pro. should I upgrade it?
