#66 please change loading and storing of teams

assign a team to the scoreboard. Let me know if you think there
is functionality that is missing or should be changed...The way my brain works, this is how I'd like to import team data:
* take derbyscoreboard (as shipped with no data)
* drop the team logos into place
then
* load in one teams xml config from a file, have them added in the
right places
or
* load in both teams xml config from one file, have them added in
the right places.This certainly could be added, and the Teams tab may be easier to use
with save/load interfaces right on that Tab.
