I am having problem with cybera server 1.9.300 installed on windows 7 ultimate . most of time it crashes and all clients computers shows in red mark , i am not able to control them but they use free internet. kindly help me out on it.

Bug in server - Administrator has limited access

I had found following bug in the Cybera server. Bellow is what I had done:

I had created additional accounts for me and other employees
I had logged into my account
I had created positions into recharges and services
I had logged back as administrator

The result:

None of the created on other account values for the Recharges and Services

must disable client end cession button

the main wekness of cybera ,is the button that end cession for client ,it must be disabled or optional , so the client cannot end all his connection time and will tip be lost ,cybera must not be only for charging cards only ,but it has to count prepaid cession =money and time...but first the end cession butt is the main shortage

1.9 rc2 client never crashed like 1.9 rc3. Sever crashed when any machine shtdown directly . Is there any walk through for this in rc2?

I compared the registry between running and crach cyberaclient3. The diff which I observed that when it is crashed the following registry is there..

Cybera Client 1.9rc3 crashed

If computer shutdown abruptly or network cable removed from the system, Then the clientrc3 crashed means when you shutdown and restart the computer then after login to user account , it is entering into the computer without cybera but cyberaclient is running in taskbar without card . But in server this machine is not showing .

If there is any problem in network , then after restarting the machine cybera client not coming after login to user account. It is showing in taskbar but it is not working . If I reinstall the client again it starts working . There is no log generated .

Windows Vista Support

Server doesn't work properly in windows vista.

The options screen crashes.

Client works fine, but the background to the main screen is black instead of blue (is this normal, and based on the windows theme? )

Restricting user permissions on the client doesn't work either, but this is expected as the application doesn't have support for vista yet

Sequential Postpaid Billing doesn't work properly

The sequential postpaid billing doesn't function properly.

It was set to:
in 10 minutes, increment the bill by 10c every minute.

Prior to this, i set a postpaid recharge to $1 for 10 minutes (as i noticed that the sequential billing option is based on the largest amount of time set in the recharge)

However, sequential billing does not work. It rather has the function of time based billing mode, not an incrementation of the costs over time.
