#36 No Submit button on Create Admin account page
I noticed that their is no Submit button on Create
Admin account page in Cwfm V 0.9.1 - page is "Options.php".
So if you take a workaround and save the form as an
HTML doc and add a submit button, it says "Could not
create file Cwfmini.php" as a JavaScript Alert.

I believe you are looking for the "confirm" button. The
colors make it hard to tell that it is a submit button, but
after you get used to the fact that <b>C</b>apital letters
mean a link, it works alright.
