&lt;p&gt;But that isn't necessarily bad news: a couple of weeks ago, I've merged efforts with developers of other Eclipse plugins related to web-development to form the open-source &amp;quot;Web Development Tools for Eclipse&amp;quot; (WDTE) project, also hosted here at Sourceforge:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The code base from the CSS Editor project has already been imported into the WDTE CVS is will be maintained and improved over there. Bug reports, enhancement requests or forum messages can still be posted to the CSSEditor project during the transition, I will be listening.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Other contributions to the new WDTE project include the XML/DTD editing functionality from the SolarEclipse project &lt;a href="http://solareclipse.sourceforge.net/"&gt;http://solareclipse.sourceforge.net/&lt;/a&gt;, as well as the JavaScript editor from the &lt;a href="http://jseditor.sourceforge.net/"&gt;http://jseditor.sourceforge.net/&lt;/a&gt; project. &lt;p&gt;This release has only been tested on Eclipse 3.0 M6. As Eclipse 3.0 is the target platform for this plugin, future releases will also be developed and tested against the most recent 3.0 stream milestones. So be prepared for having to live on the edge.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The forums have been set up for general user discussion and support. The mailing lists are for discussion related to the development of the plugin. Issue tracking has been enabled and set up for bug reports and enhancement requests.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</summary></entry></feed>
